Lucy Allosso joined Green House Group in September 2022. In her undergraduate studies, she focused on Human Ecology, learning the interconnectedness of humans in their environments, and cultivating a passion for holistic wellness. She attained her Masters degree in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire in 2019 with a concentration in Integrated Mental and Physical Health.
As a social worker, Lucy has had experience working with clients across the lifespan in hospital and primary care, in home, residential, and community-based settings, and in various roles as case manager, individual therapist, and family therapist. Lucy has been trained in diverse therapeutic approaches including Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Lucy aims to “meet clients where they are” and tailor treatment to their specific needs utilizing various relevant modalities. She has specific interest in supporting those who have experienced medical traumas; women’s health issues; professional, personal, or relationship stagnation or burnout; and grief or loss.
With her interest and experience, Lucy aims to integrate knowledge of neurobiology, the gut-brain connection, and mindfulness practices into treatment as it is relevant and accessible to clients.
