Psychologist and Licensed Clinicians
We are seeking half and full-time psychologists and licensed clinical social workers or mental health counselors to join our mid-sized group practice. We work with adults, adolescents and children. Our specialties include trauma and dissociation; family and couples therapy; play therapy; veterans evaluation and treatment; and consultation in psychotherapy, EMDR, and family forensics. Our clinicians work from an integrated perspective that may include elements of psychodynamic, attachment, IFS, AEDP, cognitive-behavioral, and family systems oriented models.
We offer a warm and supportive setting for clinical practice and innovation, collaboration with seasoned clinicians, and strong commitments to ethical practice and professional development. We provide referrals, supervision of clinical and practice management, claims and billing services, and an employer-matched IRA. A full-time practice for licensed clinicians can be established within 6 months. Currently, we allow a hybrid mode of practice to offer safety and flexibility.

Part-Time Billing Specialist (15 hrs/week)
We are seeking a motivated and organized billing specialist with high attention to detail and accuracy. Comfort and professionalism interacting with managed care companies, clients, and clinical staff necessary. Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and electronic billing platforms required; experience with NetSmart/Therapist Helper preferred. Must be familiar with insurance rules and regulations. Candidate will be responsible for weekly billing tasks for up to 100 client accounts, including service code entry, remittance posting, payment collection, and financial reporting. General administrative tasks also required. Collaborates with other billing staff, bookkeeper, and managing partners. Hybrid work option possible once training is completed.
