The Waumbec Mill building is located at 250 Commercial Street
in Manchester, between Textile Court and Waumbec Street.
Finding our office when you arrive
Our office is located in Suite 3004 of the Waumbec Mill building,
in the north-west corner of the 3rd floor.
Most direct entrance: The North Entrance is just south of Waumbec Street on the Commercial Street side of the building. Take the stairs to the third floor. There are two doors at the top of the stairs; take the one to your left. Our suite is at the far end of this corridor on the right.
Service Entrance: There is an additional entrance at the rear (river side) of the building on the north end, next to the loading docks. Enter the door to the right of the docks and turn left down 3 stairs. Keep turning left to the service elevator. Ride the elevator to the third floor. Suite 3004 is located directly across from the elevator.
There are two fully accessible options for wheelchair or other needs. There are disabled permit designated spaces at both of these entrances.
Central entrance at the rear (river side) of the building: Enter using the ramp to the doorway; elevator is straight ahead. At the third floor, walk to the main corridor and take a left to end of hallway, another left, then a right and a left. Suite 3004 will be on your right.
Main entrance at the front (street side) of the building: At this central entrance, use the ramp inside the double doors to the elevator. At the third floor, take a right to the end of hallway, take a left, then a right, and a left. Suite 3004 will be on your right.
Note that parking is difficult during daytime working hours. Please allow extra time prior to your appointment to find a space.
There is free parking in the front and back of the Waumbec Mill Building. Please do not park in spaces designated for another business, as you may be towed.
In addition, there are "Pay to Park" ($0.75/hour) spaces along Commercial Street and at the lot at Arms Park(located at 10 Arms Street), a 3-5 minute walk along the river.
