Jeremy Freund, MSN, APRN, PMHNP Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Jeremy joined Green House Group in March 2024 and is licensed to practice in NH, MA, and RI. He has been in the mental health field since 1991 in multiple roles. He attained his first Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and became a licensed psychologist-Master in Vermont working in a Community Mental Health Center. His training focused on personality assessment as well as cognitive behavioral therapy, and Rogerian and neo-Freudian treatment approaches.
Mr. Freund later worked in California as a medical social worker focusing on end of life issues in a hospital ICU as well as helping patients newly diagnosed with debilitating illnesses.
Mr. Freund's second Master's degree, an MSN from the top ranked University of California San Francisco UCSF) was followed by ANCC board certification and multi-state licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. He specialized in adult psychiatry, adult medicine and the holistic care of patients with a combination of medical , psychiatric and addictions issues.
At Green House Group, PA, Mr. Freund provides medication assessment and management for adults, over 18 years of age. He is knowledgeable in the treatment of a broad spectrum of mental health issues with extensive knowledge of the impact of trauma(s). Mr. Freund places the patient at the center of their own care emphasizing education so the patient may make fully informed decisions.
