Psychologists and Licensed Clinicians

We are seeking half and full-time psychologists and licensed clinical social workers or mental health counselors to join our mid-sized group practice. We offer a warm and supportive setting for clinical practice, collaboration with seasoned clinicians, and strong commitments to ethical practice and professional development.
We work with folks of all ages and our specialties include trauma and dissociation; EMDR; family and couples therapy; veterans evaluation and treatment; and professional consultation. Our clinicians work from integrated perspectives that may include elements of psychodynamic, relational, attachment, EFT, IFS, DBT, cognitive-behavioral, positive psychology, and family-systems oriented models.
We provide accessible office space, EHR, referrals, clinical and administrative supervision, credentialling support, claims/billing services, CE stipend, and an employer-matched IRA. A full-time practice for licensed clinicians can be established within 6 months. We also allow a hybrid mode of practice to offer flexibility.

Part-Time Administrative Assistant (10-15 hrs/week)
We are seeking a motivated and organized assistant with high attention to detail, accuracy, and timelines for part-time position (10-15 hours/week). Comfort and professionalism interacting with managed care companies, billing personnel, clients, and clinical staff are necessary. Proficiency with Office365 and electronic health record required, experience with Valant a plus. Candidate will be responsible for weekly tasks to assist billing specialist with 200 client accounts including data entry, eligibility checks, client invoicing, and internal record auditing. General administrative tasks also required. Must work independently as well as collaborate with billing specialist, bookkeeper and managing partners. Hybrid work option is possible once training is completed.
