Finding our office once you are here:  We are located in Suite 3004, in the north-west corner of the 3rd floor. The picture below is the Central front entrance to the Waumbec Mill. (Shortly this will be a handicap-accessible entrance but as of this writing in February 2018, it is NOT). If you enter through this entrance, take the stairs to the second floor.  Turn right, and on your left you will see both stairs and then an elevator as you walk down the hall.  Use either one to reach the 3rd floor.  Take a left as you reach the 3rd floor hall, and continue until the very end of the building.  When you can go no further, Suite 3004 will be on your left. 

Currently, the only handicap-accessible entrance is in the rear of the building closest to the river, in the center.  There are designated Handicap-only parking spaces near this entrance.  If you use this back entrance, take the elevator to the 3rd floor.  When you leave the elevator, take a left as you reach the 3rd floor hall, and continue until the very end of the building.  When you can go no further, Suite 3004 will be on your left. 
Below is a photo of the North Entrance to the Waumbec Mill, on the right side of the building as you face the river. Enter and take the stairs to the 3rd floor. Take the second exit door on the 3rd floor landing.  Suite 3004 will be straight ahead on your right. 


Parking:  Note that parking is difficult during daytime working hours, and so please allow extra time to find a space. There is free parking both in front of and in back of the Waumbec Building. You can also park across Commercial Street at Mill One if there are spaces there.  Please do not park in spaces designated for another business, as you may be towed.  In addition, there are "Pay to Park" spaces along Commercial Street and in the surrounding area, including in Arms Park (less than 5 minutes' walk).
